Karin Lovisa Borgerson is a professional genealogist specializing in genetic genealogy, using a combination of DNA data and historical records to help guide curious people on a journey of self-discovery where science meets story.
Her education includes a BA in biology and anthropology from Oberlin College; an MBA in socially and environmentally sustainable business from Bainbridge Graduate Institute; graduate study in science, health and environmental journalism at NYU; coursework in computer science and genome sciences at University of Washington; and multiple genealogy institutes.
